Spectrum Tonus

Spectrum Tonus uses electromagnetic technology to deliver targeted muscle stimulation, focusing on the abdomen, buttocks, legs, biceps and triceps.

The energy reaches deep into muscle tissue and triggers many contractions at once. A 30 minute session is often compared to around 20,000 crunches or squats. It is used to support muscle tone and body contouring.

The applicator prompts contractions in the muscle group beneath it that are stronger than you could produce on your own. The body responds to that work in much the same way it responds to exercise.
